Ingredients :
Semiya - 1/2 cup
Sabudana(saggubiyyam) - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Elachi powder - 1 tbsn
Cashew nuts - 10
Processor :
Step 1: Wash and soak
the saggubiyyam (sabusana) at least 4hours.
Step 2: Fry the semiya with 1tbsn ghee and keep it aside.
Step 3: keep the bowl on the stove top, add the milk.
Step 4: Once boiled the milk add soaked sabudana (saggubiyyam)
and mix well.
Step 5: After 4 minutes cooking add semiya into the mixture
and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6: Then add the elachi powder and roasted Cashew nuts,
turn off stove.
Now Semiya payasam with saggubiyyam is ready to serve
